Patio cushions can be bought locally or online and at any time of the year.
Your local hardware store or everyday department store are good places to buy patio cushions when they are in season (early spring through the summer). If you want to buy patio cushions at other times of the year your best bet is to find them online. If you buy them in the off season you may be able to get them for a better price.
You can also find used outdoor furniture and cushions but I would stay away from them unless you are getting them from somebody you know and can trust that they were taken care of well.
